Hi, I’m Ana.
I’m a Chartered Clinical Psychologist working online in the UK. I understand how quickly life can shift in ways you didn’t choose, leaving everything feeling upended and hard to navigate.
My training and experience have led me to work with people facing grief and bereavement, adjusting to physical health changes, or living with chronic pain. I’m drawn to this work because I’ve seen, time and time again, how processing these experiences and reconnecting with what matters to you can be genuinely transformative.
My approach is practical and evidence‑based, giving you clear steps rather than vague conversations. We’ll identify what’s keeping you stuck, set meaningful goals, and work together to build the tools and strategies that help you move forward in daily life.
Clients often tell me they value the calm, compassionate space to reflect, combined with the practical skills‑training and tangible solutions to help them move forward.
